Solar-evaporated sea salt is transformed into delicious aromatic Smoked Bacon Sea Salt during our proprietary mixing and smoking process. We then blend that smoked bacon sea salt with minced onion for a flavorful salt you can use with just about anything. Use as a cooking or finishing salt on everything from red meats, poultry and fish to eggs, salads, sauces, and soups - anything you'd eat with bacon.
