Resale rules

  • Repackaging in your own format, under your own SKU and brand, is welcome.
  • Products sold online need their own UPC and may not reuse Sea Salt Superstore or Caravel Gourmet identifiers.
  • Third parties may not resell our branded SKUs on Amazon, Walmart, or other marketplaces.
  • Follow local, state, and federal rules for commercial kitchens, food packaging, and labeling.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the same as the bulk ingredient program?

No. The bulk ingredient program serves high-volume food manufacturers on pallet and truckload contracts with detailed certification requirements.

Do you provide nutrition facts and certifications?

Yes. Spec sheets, nutrition facts, and ingredient lists are available on request. Batch-level analysis is available for a fee and may add lead time.

Can I get samples?

Yes. Request samples for legitimate business evaluations.

Will you supply packaging and labels?

Yes. Our supply chain gives access to containers and labels at better pricing than most small companies can get. Full co-packing is also available, with minimum runs and longer lead times.

What is your return policy?

Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 30 days with pre-approval and a 10% restocking fee; return freight is deducted from the refund. Opened food products can't be returned.

Do I need a resale certificate?

We prefer one for tax documentation. Customers without a resale certificate may be charged sales tax where applicable.

Is my customer information kept confidential?

Yes. We never sell, rent, or share customer information, including anything shared through our drop-ship program.
